Ted Cruz's Poor Un-Sportsman Like Excuse For Not Endorsing Donald Trump
"I am not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and attack my father. And that pledge was not a blanket commitment that if you go and slander and attack Heidi, that I'm going to nonetheless come like a servile puppy dog and say;
'Thank you very much for maligning my wife and my father'
- Ted Cruz.
The Facts:
Of course this excuse is lame and rather unsportsman like in politics.
By not endorsing Trump, he is not just not endorsing Trump but he is not endorsing the political party he claims to hold their beliefs.
Members of political parties have always had disagreements amongst each other and have always had members that said less than faltering things about each other and about each others family members since the beginning of politics & political groups many centuries ago.
It is not new.
However, when you a part of a group and somebody you don't agree with is appointed the leader; you have to follow the leader. It doesn't and shouldn't stop you from believing and standing for what the group believes and stands for, especially in politics.
Let's not forget that Ted Cruz also said disrespected things about everybody he ran against. So what is this hypocrisy?
It's politics. People try to paint those they run against black so that the people would vote for them. That's what happens during every election since the beginning of time.
So what is this lame excuse from Ted Cruz.
Personal feelings do not come into the matter. Is Ted Cruz saying that his personal feelings are more important than standing for the Political Party he spent half the year and several millions of donors money trying to convince America he stands for and that the Party is best for America.
Common, what is he talking about? What does he mean?
Doesn't this mean he doesn't stand for the Political Party he claims he stands for.
This just proves that he has always been a Lap Dog for the other side. This just proves that he never believed what he claimed he believes. This just proves that the American people did the right thing by not voting him ahead of Trump. This just proves that he would have turned face and turned into a Democrat had he been voted into the White House.
This just shows his true colours. This just shows what political party Ted Cruz really represents.
